Accounting

• ✨ Financial management & payments: An Accounting space brings together forecast tracking, client receipts, and supplier invoice management, with downloadable SEPA transfer orders (Synergy plan: Admin and Manager roles).

Digital Quote

• ✨ Opening flight plan: The flight summary now appears before Day 1, giving travelers an immediate overview of their round trip (Quotes created from October 27 onward).

• ✨ Personalized advisor signature: The quote footer features a dedicated block with direct contact buttons ("Write to my advisor" and "Call") and your custom job title (e.g., Bespoke Travel Designer) when filled out in My Profile.

• 🛠️ Seamless trip extension: Adding days to a project updates the quote without affecting already written text.

Projects & Clients

• ✨ Margin protection after signature: Updating a purchase cost on a signed quote adjusts the margin without changing the client selling price. Prior to signature, modifying the overall project margin now requires confirmation before updating existing price lines.

Bookings

• ✨ Bulk voucher export: Download all booking vouchers for a project in a single ZIP file, with an economical print option (2 per page).

Companion Booklet

• 🛠️ Accurate card deletion: Removing a resource page deletes only the targeted card without hiding the previous page in the generated document.

Resources

• 🛠️ Refined geographical search: National parks and islands (e.g., Yellowstone, Bora-Bora) now appear at the top of search results before homonymous municipalities and can be set as day locations.

Theya

• ✨ Live flight & hotel rates: Inquire about partner availability and real-time rates for specific dates within a single continuous chat. Theya also understands requests sent in other languages.

• 🛠️ Targeted catalog search: Queries regarding your services, supplier products, locations, or packages previously defaulted to help articles or live searches. Each question type now has its dedicated search, and the chat clearly displays "Searching your catalog..." so you know what is being queried.

Requests

• ✨ Forwarded incoming emails: Forwarding an email from an agency address is now properly handled. Single forwarded emails without message history land directly in Requests. Solicitations from tour operators or local DMCs count as requests; supplier sales pitches do not.

• ✨ Global financial tracking: A new Accounting menu (Forecast, Clients, Suppliers) offers monthly charts and tracks costs/purchases by currency. (Reserved for Synergy plans, Admin and Manager roles).

• ✨ Payments & SEPA transfer orders: Enter and link your supplier invoices, then download SEPA transfer orders in euros directly from your selection.

Digital Quote

• ✨ Group composition displayed: The header now shows the exact breakdown of travelers (e.g., 2 adults, 2 children). The badge on the Travel Design lets you edit participants in one click.

• 🛠️ Reliable quote duplication: Copying a quote now maintains dynamic syncing with the Travel Design without freezing the program into manual text.

Companion Booklet

• 🛠️ Saved edits: Your deleted annex cards and custom titles on daily pages remain locked and are no longer overwritten when reopening.

Travel Design

• ✨ Automatic night management: Adding an accommodation from search automatically assigns it a first night to price (dates remain fully adjustable later).

• ✨ Full-screen photo albums: Edit your activity media albums in full screen. Product, pricing grid, and bundle editors also open in expanded mode.

• 🛠️ Activity menu cleanup: The obsolete Add to resources action has been removed from the itinerary activity menu (bundles and option sets retain their own saving).

Projects

• ✨ "Trip in progress" status: Signed or delivered trips whose dates include today automatically display a green Trip in progress badge for quick filtering.

Search on Cocohop

• ✨ Global search open to everyone: The search bar is now accessible to all users and opens results (projects, clients, resources) in a new tab without losing your current view.

Resources

• 🛠️ Currency management per pricing line: Each line of a product pricing grid can now manage its own currency with instant visual conversion of buy/sell prices.

Theya

• 🛠️ Action transparency: Theya now clearly states the exact step in progress in the chat (e.g., Opening the help center...). Catalog questions no longer trigger unnecessary real-time availability checks.

Import an Itinerary

• ✨ Live project creation by Theya: In New Project > Import Itinerary, Theya analyzes your document and generates the itinerary day by day right before your eyes with live progress tracking. Finds its critical review and pacing advice directly in the Theya chat.

• ✨ Refined geographic recognition: Accommodations mentioned by name, cities, and general notes ("free day") are now identified with precision. Locations already saved in your agency catalog are automatically reused without searching again.

• ✨ Agency brief integration: Theya now applies your agency's custom itinerary construction rules during import, while strictly preserving times, names, and prices from the original document.

Pax

• ✨ Automated traveler entry by Theya: Provide a participant list (PDF or text pasted in the chat) and Theya fills out the Pax grid all at once. It never overwrites existing data without your explicit approval.

Projects & Clients

• ✨ Smart client matching: Before creating a client file, Theya checks your existing database to prevent spelling duplicates and asks for your confirmation (requesting email for individual clients).

Companion Booklet

• 🛠️ Print alignment with editor: Daily page addresses are now strictly identical between the editor and generated PDFs. Your custom titles are no longer overwritten when adding times, and the cover photo automatically uses the project album photo.

Client Portal

• ✨ 24/7 OnSpot assistance available: Connect your own OnSpot account under Organization > Integrations and enable traveler assistance directly from your projects' Client Portal. A notice alerts you to potential fees if canceled close to departure.

Travel Design

• ✨ In-context supplier creation: Supplier searches now offer the option to "Create supplier [Name]" from any screen (activity form, POI/Service card, tasks) without interrupting your flow.

Resources — POIs

• 🛠️ Instant visual update: Changing a cover photo, media order, or POI name updates the thumbnail immediately while preserving your list position.

Suppliers — Products

• 🛠️ Address saving: Selected locations in the product form are now properly saved (including your agency's custom version where applicable).

Currencies

• ✨ West African CFA Franc (XOF) support: The West African CFA Franc is now available in your settings and client/supplier files, managed without decimals.

Platform-wide

• 🛠️ PC touchscreen support: Hover action buttons (adding media, thumbnails) now display correctly on touchscreen laptops used with a mouse.
