Cocohop Release Notes - Week of Oct 5

Good morning ! Check out the 🛠️ fixes and ✨ new features released on Cocohop last week!

Travel Design

✨ ✨ Instant service creation: Type a name in the search bar to create a custom service on the fly (e.g., "Seoul party"). It instantly appears at the top of the list to speed up your entries without interruption.

✨ Global rollout of the new catalog: Access POIs, Services, and Validations tabs directly without prior activation. Typology filters sort your resources instantly, and search relies on a single interactive map. (The Validations tab is reserved for admins and managers).

✨ French display for destinations: Foreign-language place names (Thai, Japanese, etc.) are now automatically translated into French across your projects, Travel Design, and route maps.

🛠️️ FAQ stability: The Your questions section remains displayed on the presentation page, even after updating a photo or editing a question.
🛠️ Preserved pricing text: Your custom paragraphs in price breakdowns (transports, accommodations, experiences, etc.) are now saved and no longer overwritten by automatic text (Quote > Price > Pricing breakdown).
✨ Profile customization: Your job title (e.g., Bespoke Travel Designer) now appears next to your photo on the advisor card and footer (My profile > Job title).
✨ Fixed agency header: Option to display a standardized opening block (commitments, guarantees) at the top of all your digital quotes. (Configured by the Cocohop team upon request).
🛠️ Reliable change saving: Your edits on digital quotes, brochures, contracts, travel journals, and companion booklets are now saved field by field upon refresh.

🛠️ Photo display on PDFs: Resolved image loading timeouts to ensure all your photos print properly on generated PDFs (simply regenerate the PDF).

🛠️ Print accuracy: Addresses, access information, parking details, and title colors displayed in the editor now match identically on generated PDFs.

✨ Smart deliverable rewriting: Theya can proofread and rewrite your text field by field upon confirmation, directly from its new icon in the quote toolbar.
✨ Agency catalog priority: When building itineraries or searching for activities and hotels, Theya queries your own saved services and suppliers first.
