Cocohop Release Notes - Week of Sept 14
Dear users, here are this week's updates (✨ new features and 🛠️ fixes) to save you time and streamline your file management!
Companion Booklet
✨ Automatic Client Name: The cover now displays a dedicated line for the client's name (editable). Trip dates automatically update whenever the itinerary changes.
✨ Agency Logistics Template: The logistics page (Formalities...) directly uses the titles and order from your agency template, cleanly grouped on a single page.
🛠️ Manual Mileage Preservation: Manually entered mileage on trip lines is no longer overwritten during automatic recalculations. Automatic calculation now covers all road trips.
🛠️ Itinerary Accuracy: Automatic syncing no longer adds activities missing from the itinerary. Dinners without set times no longer print as "Lunch".
Travel Journal
✨ New Convocation Page: Add a page in one click summarizing photo, meeting details, instructions, formalities, emergency contacts, and round-trip flights.
✨ New "Your Package" Page: Include the summary of included and non-included services directly in the journal, without displaying prices.
🛠️ PDF Export Stability: Fixed PDF generation failures caused by styled text pasted from Word.

🛠️ Price Alignment: Per-person pricing on the cover is now perfectly aligned with the quote header and distributed based on paying participants.
Digital Quote
✨ Travel Design Sync: Itinerary changes (removed activities, replaced hotels) automatically update on the quote without erasing your customized text or photos.
🛠️ Client PDF Download: The PDF export button for quotes is now fully visible and functional on the client view.
Travel Design & Projects
🛠️ Accurate Flight Durations: Flight durations now automatically account for time zone differences between airports and daylight saving changes.
🛠️ Agency Project Isolation: Your project lists and searches via Theya are now strictly restricted to your own organization's files.
